Aisling Quirke is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in growth management, innovation, and business development. Currently serving as EMEA Growth Manager at Minor Figures since September 2024, Aisling previously held the role of Innovation and Commercial Manager at Sera, where the focus was on connecting people with food through world-class events. Aisling's career includes significant experience at Uber as a Territory Manager for UberEats and at Gartner in various business development roles. Aisling has also contributed to the artisanal beverage market as a Marketing Specialist at Sunshine Beverages, and gained valuable early experience as a Legal Intern at Mintz Levin and a Sailing Instructor at Pequot Yacht Club.
