MacIej Kuczynski

Maciej Kuczynski is an experienced executive in the hospitality and food industry, currently serving as VP International Development and Franchise at Minor Food since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kuczynski was Vice President of Store Operations at Kitopi from March 2021 to November 2023 and held the position of Director of Operations for Starbucks Coffee MENA at Alshaya Group from April 2016 to March 2021. Kuczynski's extensive background includes significant leadership roles at AmRest, such as Brand President of Blue Frog in China, where the portfolio grew from 11 to 33 stores, and VP of Human Resources and OPS Services in the USA, managing operations for over 4,500 employees. Kuczynski also played a pivotal role as Pizza Hut Brand President in Central and Eastern Europe, transforming the brand's performance in Poland. Kuczynski holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Linguistics from the University of Wroclaw and a Bachelor's in International Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
