Adriel Mendoza

Adriel Mendoza is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on bar management, currently serving as Bar Manager at Minor Hotels since August 2023. Prior positions include Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and various roles at Minor Hotels, including Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Supervisor.
