Craig Hooley

Craig Hooley is an experienced hospitality executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Minor Hotels since June 2018, where the focus is on innovative hospitality solutions across a diverse portfolio of 158 hotels globally. Previously, Craig held the position of General Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, achieving numerous accolades for the brand in 2017, including recognition by Condé Nast Traveller and several Tourism Accommodation (NSW) Awards. Craig's career also includes significant roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Operations to Area General Manager and Regional Director of Human Resources, alongside experience in hotel rebranding and refurbishment during a tenure at Mirvac. Craig began a professional journey in the Royal Australian Navy, laying a foundation for leadership and operational excellence. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business in Industrial Relations and Accounting from Charles Sturt University.
