Currently serving as the Area Director of People & Culture in Viet Nam for Minor Hotels, Van Ngo previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Anantara Hoi An Resort, Human Resources & Training Manager at Anantara Muine Resort & Spa, Talent Development Manager at Intercontinental Danang Resort, and Training Manager at The Nam Hai Resort. Van Ngo holds an MBA in Business Administration from Economics University.
