Deepshikha Parmessur

Deepshikha Parmessur is an Entrepreneurial Leadership Teaching Faculty at African Leadership Academy and also serves as an ALfor Governance Board Advisor. Deepshikha is the Co-Founder and Fellowship Manager at Minority Africa. with experience in various roles such as a Billing Specialist at Orange Business Services, Operations Associate at katapult.mu, and Research Assistant at Indian Ocean Rim Association. Deepshikha has also served as the Prime Minister at the 2019 National Youth Parliament Mauritius. Deepshikha has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Bucknell University and has studied Development Studies and International Relations and Affairs at other institutions as well.
