Duane Holloway

Director Duane Holloway has a long and accomplished career in the legal field. Duane has worked for several major companies, including Ascena Retail Group, Inc., CoreLogic, and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Duane is currently the Director at Minority Corporate Counsel Association.

Holloway began their career as an Associate at Hogan & Hartson, LLP in 2000. Duane worked their way up to Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel, Operations & Litigation at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. In 2014, they became Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at CoreLogic. In 2016, they took on the role of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Ascena Retail Group.

Holloway has also been involved in corporate social responsibility, diversity & inclusion, and enterprise risk management. Duane is a valuable member of the executive leadership team at Ascena Retail Group, reporting directly to the CEO.

Duane Holloway received their J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and their B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia. Duane also attended Gilman School.
