Rasha al Saba

Rasha Al Saba is a seasoned professional in the field of advocacy and project coordination, currently serving as the Head of the Middle East & North Africa department at Minority Rights Group International since April 2018. In this role, Rasha coordinates capacity building and advocacy initiatives across the region. Previous positions include Programmes Officer and Programmes Assistant at the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed managing the sub-granting process and organizing regional and international advocacy events. Rasha also worked as a Junior Consultant at the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, leading consultations for project design, and as a Project Coordinator at Save The Children International Lebanon, overseeing project activities and budgets. Early career experience includes a role as a Public Health Officer at Première Urgence Internationale. Rasha holds a Master of Science degree in Global Health, Conflict & Development from King's College London.
