Judy Zhu is an incoming 2025 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Barclays, set to begin in March 2024. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin since August 2023, Judy has also gained valuable experience through positions such as a Summer Intern in Credit at TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners in July 2024, and as a Summer Intensive Program Scholar at Girls Who Invest from December 2023 to August 2024. Additional roles include an Associate Intern at Gradium Holdings (October 2023 - May 2024), a Business Development Intern at Yokogawa Fluence Analytics (March 2023 - August 2023), and a Finance Intern at Global Impex USA (February 2023 - August 2023). Judy is pursuing dual degrees in Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Economics at the Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at Austin, with an expected graduation in May 2026, following high school graduation from Colleyville Heritage High School in May 2022.

Minority Women Pursuing Law (MWPL)
Minority Women Pursuing Law is the largest pre-law organization at The University of Texas at Austin. Intended to unite and motivate the community of minority women pursuing law in the Texas community, MWPL fosters a culture of connection that extends beyond our time as undergraduate students at UT. To propel our members into their successful careers as lawyers, we expose them to various sectors of the legal field by creating opportunities in which they hear insights from various respected individuals in the field of law. We believe that in learning from the legacies of attorneys that come before us, we can serve our communities better as lawyers and as women. Utilizing the knowledge we gain from teachers in the legal community, MWPL offers professional development workshops in which members have the opportunity to refine their professional portfolios through customized guidance attune to their cultural and ethnic backgrounds. To cultivate connection and community amongst MWPL members, we offer members the chance to network with other talented minority women on campus through socials, volunteer work, and fundraising events. MWPL hosts various social events like movie nights, hiking trips, bowling, study night socials, end-of-year dinners, and more! We are proud of the legacy of our orgnaization reflected in the success of every MWPL Longhorn, as they settle in their respective legal careers.
