Danuta Glodek, ACCA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive international experience, currently serving as the Global Financial Controller at Minova since April 2017. Danuta oversees financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and coordinating accounting practices across global teams. Previous roles include Head of Finance Central/Eastern Europe at IWC Moscow and Finance Chair at Rockwell Automation, where responsibilities included financial planning, reporting, and integration post-acquisition. Earlier career roles encompassed various positions at The Timken Company and Arthur Andersen & Co., focusing on accounting, tax advisory, and internal control implementation.
