Jakub Gawel

Jakub Gawel is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and a strong focus on operational management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Plant Manager (Vice-President) and Continuous Improvement Manager at Minova since April 2017, Jakub oversees a workforce of over 120 employees and is responsible for optimizing production and logistics processes while ensuring adherence to budgetary goals. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at Tenneco, where Jakub implemented lean methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness, and Technical and Process Development Manager at Coveris Group, leading a technical team in process optimization. Jakub's earlier experience spans positions at Hager Group, Saint-Gobain, and Jopex, where skills in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and process engineering were developed. Jakub holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
