Ramona Hernandez

Ramona Hernandez, CRCR, has extensive experience in healthcare financial management and revenue cycle solutions. Currently serving as the Western Region Symposium Education Chair for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Ramona has held various leadership roles, including Regional Executive for Region 11 and Past President for Northern California HFMA. Ramona is also a Senior Business Advisor at Minset AI and Vice President of Revenue Cycle Solutions at Knowtion Health, following the acquisition of Amplus Group. With previous senior roles at TransUnion and GetixHealth, Ramona's expertise includes aged accounts receivable, complex claims, and clinical denials. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Evergreen Valley College and studies at San Jose State University. Additionally, Ramona owns TreasureX, specializing in vintage housewares.
