Vaaridhi Bagrodia

Vaaridhi Bagrodia is an accomplished professional with a robust background in human resources, business development, and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Business Development at Minsol, Vaaridhi also holds the position of Chief of Staff. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles in the Entrepreneurs' Organization, where Vaaridhi was the President and Founding President of EO Future Leaders. Vaaridhi's career spans roles such as Business Operations Analyst at Akamai Technologies and Co-op Class Peer Mentor at D'Amore-McKim School of Business. A dedicated volunteer, Vaaridhi founded Project AASHA, facilitating relief efforts in West Bengal, and actively contributed to educational initiatives for underserved communities. Vaaridhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northeastern University.
