Nadia Ibanez

Nadia Ibanez serves as the Head of the Legal Labour Department at Minsur S.A since December 2022, bringing extensive experience in labor law. Previously, Nadia worked as an Asociada at Vinatea & Toyama from September 2019 to December 2022 and as an Asociado at Miranda & Amado from January 2019 to August 2019, focusing on labor law. Prior roles include Abogada Asociada at Martinot Abogados, specializing in corporate labor, and labor advisory roles at Hora, Robas Cassinelli & Gonzales Méndez Abogados. Nadia's career began as a legal assistant at COPEINCA and as a professional intern at Petroperú, where legal compliance in environmental and hydrocarbon matters was developed. Nadia's education includes a Master’s degree in Human Rights from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and several specializations in corporate and labor law from various institutions.
