Geoffrey Jervis

Geoffrey Jervis is the founder and CEO of Mint Eco Car Wash. Geoffrey has also served as a professor of management at Palm Beach Atlantic University and as the CFO and COO of iStar.

Jervis has extensive experience in the financial and operational aspects of running a business. As CFO and COO of iStar, they were responsible for human resources, data and analytics, asset management, capital markets, investor relations, risk management, treasury and accounting, and operations. Geoffrey was also a member of the Investment Committee and led the asset management group.

Jervis has a deep understanding of the capital markets, having raised over $2.5 billion for iStar in the debt and convertible preferred markets. Geoffrey also led the $250 million initial public offering process for Safety, Income and Growth, Inc. (NYSE: SAFE).

Jervis is a highly skilled manager and leader. Geoffrey has successfully managed 160 employees at a publicly traded company and led a cultural initiative company-wide based upon the works of Patrick Lencioni.

Geoffrey Jervis has a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School with concentrations in finance, real estate, and accounting. Geoffrey also has a Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in history with a minor in business administration.
