Robert Cano has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 with roles in various companies such as Chick-fil-A Corporate, Chick-fil-A-Franchise, and TBC Corporation. Their positions ranged from Supervisor to Operations Director. In 2022, they became Vice President of Operations at Mint Eco Car Wash and Detail Center before transitioning to Vice President of Strategic Operations & Training in 2023.
