Lala McCrackin

Lala McCrackin has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Host Supervisor and previously as a Hospitality Associate at Mint House since June 2021. Lala also holds the position of Guest Services Specialist at Margaritaville Hotel Nashville since October 2019, dedicated to creating enjoyable experiences for guests. Prior to these roles, Lala worked in guest services at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott from November 2015 to June 2021 and at Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University from September 2018 to October 2019, consistently focused on delivering exceptional hospitality.
