Ben McDonough

Ben McDonough has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and project management field. Ben is currently employed at Mint Innovation as a Program Manager since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Mint Innovation from June 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Mint Innovation, Ben worked at CSR Limited for six years. Ben held the role of Project Manager from July 2017 to June 2021, managing projects within the company. Prior to that, they served as the Production and Engineering Manager from December 2015 to July 2017, overseeing production and engineering operations. Additionally, they worked as a Production and Process Engineer from March 2015 to December 2015.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Production Engineer at Midal Cables International (Australia) from December 2013 to February 2015. Ben also held the position of Production Project Engineer at CSR Hebel from May 2013 to December 2013.

Prior to these roles, Ben worked at Weston Aluminium as the Manager of the Alternative Materials Division from April 2011 to May 2013. Ben started their professional career as a Chemical Engineer/Environmental Technician at URS Corporation from May 2010 to April 2011.

During their undergraduate years, Ben worked as an Undergraduate Chemical Engineer at Innova Soil Technology Ltd from June 2006 to May 2010.
