Matt Bedingfield

Matt Bedingfield currently serves as President at Mint Innovation, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was President of Wieland Recycling at the Wieland Group from February 2020 to September 2024, where significant accomplishments included establishing a new business unit, assembling a leadership team, constructing a $120 million greenfield plant, acquiring a recycling company, and securing a $270 million grant from the Department of Energy. Additionally, Matt held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Metals Innovation Initiative from August 2022 to August 2024 and served as Board Chair at Tri-Arrows Aluminum, Inc. from October 2014 to February 2020. Matt's extensive experience also includes roles as SVP/Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer and Commercial Director at The Recycling Partnership from April 2015 to January 2020, as well as being a Board Member. Matt Bedingfield holds a JD/MBA from The University of Alabama and a degree from the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration.
