Karen Shepherd

Karen Shepherd is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Mint Property Finance since October 2019. Previously, Karen held various roles at Precise Mortgages, including Operations Manager for the Contact Centre and Underwriting Support Manager. Experience also includes a position as Business Improvement Manager at Capita and strategic roles at Co-operative Financial Services and Britannia Building Society. Karen holds a degree in Business & IT from the University of Staffordshire, completed in 2008, and is a graduate of Moorside High School.
