Sue Raby

Sue Raby has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sue is currently the Director of Talent and Culture at Mint Velvet since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sue Raby Consulting Ltd from October 2015 until January 2022. Additionally, they served as the Human Resources Director at Arcadia Group Ltd from November 2017 to February 2020. Sue Raby also worked as an Executive Coach at The Executive Coaching Consultancy from April 2007 to January 2020. Before that, they held the position of Director of Management Development at Arcadia Group Ltd from an unknown date to 2007. Lastly, they were the Director/Owner of Indigo HR from an unknown date to 2003.

Sue Raby attended The University of Leeds from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in English and History.
