Josie Schreiner

Josie Schreiner is an experienced event manager with a robust background in coordinating and executing diverse events. Currently at Mintahoe Catering & Events since July 2016, Josie excels in managing events from inception to completion, ensuring memorable experiences tailored to client needs. Previous roles include serving as a dining room server at El Tovar Dining Room in the Grand Canyon and working as an event coordinator at 56 BREWING LLC, where Josie planned various events and collaborated across departments. As an assistant event coordinator for the Minnesota Twins, Josie successfully coordinated and managed numerous events while enhancing social media engagement. Josie's educational background includes dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies and Spanish Language and Literature from Winona State University.
