Katy Shen

Katy Shen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy, development, and sourcing, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Strategy, Development & Sourcing at Minted since September 2017, where Katy has achieved multiple promotions. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Brand Operations at Levi Strauss & Co. and New Product Merchandising Manager at Shutterfly, where Katy also advanced from a Merchant position. Katy's career began as an Operations Manager at Paper Culture, moving up from a Designer & Designer Relations role, and includes experience as a Designer at Michael Osborne Design and a Licensing Designer at Lucasfilm. Katy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic and Packaging Design from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Clothing & Marketing from the University of California, Davis.
