Valerie Y. is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering, quality assurance, and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Site Quality & Performance at Minted since April 2019, Valerie has successfully augmented teams by onboarding skilled nearshore engineers while strategically reducing costs and enhancing efficiencies. Prior experience includes a significant role as Technology Manager and Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank, where Valerie contributed to multi-year implementations of Wealth Management technology initiatives and led various quality assurance functions. Valerie's career also encompasses leadership roles at Workstream Inc., Personic Software, and LegalMatch, as well as consulting positions at EDS, PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., Charles Schwab, and Visa International. Valerie holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
