Lethabo Makhetha

Lethabo Makhetha has extensive experience in radiation protection and safety management, currently serving as a Corporate SHEQ Radiation Protection Officer at Mintek since April 2017, where responsibilities include managing radiation protection requirements in compliance with NNR regulations. Previously, Lethabo worked at Necsa from February 2006 to March 2017 as a Radiation Protection and Safety Officer, focusing on safety risk management, occupational hazard control, and safety training coordination. Lethabo's educational background includes a Certificate in Quality Management from the University of South Africa, a National Diploma in Safety Management, and SAMTRAC from the National Occupational Safety Association, complementing a strong foundation in health and safety practices.
