Ronke Okoosi

Ronke Okoosi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for EMEA at Mintel since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading HR operations, supporting employee relations, and designing training workshops. Prior to Mintel, Ronke worked at Landsec from July 2014 to August 2021, initially as an HR Assistant managing full HR administration and then as an HR Advisor providing project support on a range of HR issues. Earlier roles included HR Administrator positions at London Probation Trust and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Ronke holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a BA (Hons) in Business specializing in Human Resource Management from Solent University.
