Catherine Hale

Catherine Hale is an experienced professional with a robust background in business development and client management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Industries, Government and International Client Programs at MinterEllison since November 2014, Catherine has held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Director and Industries Lead for Health, Financial Services, and Energy & Resources. Previous experience includes positions as NSW Sales Manager at Watermark now Griffith Hack and a range of leadership roles at PwC from 2000 to 2013, culminating in Clients & Markets Director. Early career roles include National Sales Executive at Ernst & Young and Head of Business Development at Booth & Co. Catherine holds advanced degrees in Organisational Communication and Communication from Charles Sturt University and the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a diploma in Communications, Advertising, and Marketing from the CAM Foundation, and completed courses in Design Thinking and Building Digital Partnerships at INSEAD.
