Geoff Earl

Geoff Earl is a Partner at MinterEllison, where they have served since 2018, following their role as a Senior Associate starting in 2015. Specializing in corporate finance, leverage and acquisition finance, as well as funds and investments, Geoff has a strong background in capital markets. Prior to their tenure at MinterEllison, they worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from 2007 to 2014 and as a Consultant at Morgan Stanley for a year in 2011-2012, which included a nine-month secondment in London. Geoff holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of London and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Commerce from Monash University.
