Nathan Deveson

Nathan Deveson is a Partner at MinterEllison, where they lead the firm's state taxes and stamp duty practice and are an experienced advisor on complex real-estate transactions. Previously, Nathan served as the Managing Partner of the Sydney office from 2017 to 2021. They are recognized as one of Australia’s leading stamp duty lawyers by Chambers Global, Chambers Asia Pacific, and Best Lawyers. In addition to their client work, Nathan actively contributes to the Property Council of Australia, chairs two tax committees, and participates in various councils and roundtables. Nathan holds degrees in Economics, Accounting, and Law from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
