Damir Sovilj

Damir Sovilj currently serves as the European Supplier Quality Manager at MINTH GROUP, overseeing operations across six countries and more than fifteen plants. Previously, Damir held the position of Country Supplier Quality Manager for the Serbian division of Minth Automotive. A comprehensive background in quality management was gained at Hutchinson, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team and ensuring customer satisfaction for major automotive brands. Career beginnings at Magna International saw Damir advance through roles from Quality Controller to Customer Quality Engineer, focusing on quality assurance and problem-solving methodologies. Damir is also a Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary, participating in undergraduate education. Damir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the same institution, along with earlier education as a Computer Technician.
