Michael Wallace

Michael Wallace is an experienced Plant Quality Manager with a diverse background in quality management and engineering, currently employed at MINTH GROUP since October 2025. Previous roles include positions at Dakkota Integrated Systems and Magna International, where substantial improvements in manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction were achieved. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Michael has held various quality-focused roles at Eissmann Group Automotive, SMR Automotive, Black River Manufacturing, Kwang Jin America, and Mayflower Vehicle Systems, developing expertise in quality assurance, root cause analysis, and process optimization. Michael's educational credentials include studies at Eastern Michigan University and St. Clair County Community College, as well as certification as a Medical/Clinical Assistant from Ross Medical Education Center.
