Tapani Heinonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network architecture and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Network Architect at Mintly Oy since September 2017, Tapani focuses on designing cloud-first network architectures and facilitating network transformation projects for global Finnish enterprises. Prior to this role, Tapani worked at Cygate Oy from 2001 to September 2017, initially as a Senior Network Expert, providing support for Nokia Business Infrastructure, and later as a Senior Consultant, specializing in industrial IT networks for the Finnish forest industry. Additional experience includes managing data services at Elisa/Lounet from 1998 to 2001, entrepreneurship in network installations at Th Web Solutions, and serving as a Network Specialist at Sonera. Tapani holds bachelor's degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
