Chrl Sarah Mayo

Sarah Mayo, CHRL has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah began their career in 2002 as a Team Assistant at the Human Resource Development Canada (HRDC) Youth Initiatives Directorate. Sarah then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Tomlinson Group of Companies from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, Sarah became a Human Resources Generalist at the same company, where they remained until 2014.

In 2015, Sarah joined Minto as a Human Resources Business Partner, and they are currently employed there. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director, Human Resources, further showcasing their growth and expertise in the field.

Sarah Mayo, CHRL completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. Sarah then pursued Human Resources Management at Algonquin College, earning their degree in 2014. Sarah has also obtained additional certifications, including Workhuman Certified Professional in June 2022 and Certified Human Resources Leader from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in February 2020.
