Jason Larton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Minto Group since June 2022, Larton previously held the position of Senior Counsel at the same organization from September 2015 to June 2022. Prior to joining Minto Group, Larton worked as Senior Legal Counsel at BlackBerry Limited from February 2008 to September 2015 and as Barrister & Solicitor at Miller Maki LLP between February 2001 and February 2008. Larton holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and an Honours B.A. in Psychology from McMaster University, completed from 1988 to 1992.
