Nicole Alvarez

Nicole Alvarez has extensive experience in property management and operations, currently serving as Regional Manager for Minto Apartment REIT and Minto Properties Inc. since April 2017. Previous roles at Minto Group include Senior Property Manager and Manager of Property Management/Operations. Prior to joining Minto, Nicole worked at Rockwell Land Corporation from January 2011 to January 2017 as Manager of Leasing & Operations for Commercial Development and Assistant Manager of Marketing & Sales for Residential. Current educational pursuits include a program in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School Online and recent studies at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Communications from Assumption College in San Lorenzo.
