Ruchi Yadav

Ruchi Yadav has work experience starting from 2016. Ruchi worked as an HR Recruiter at Veda Corporate Services from January 2016 to April 2017. From May 2017 to December 2017, they held the position of Human Resources Executive at Stratosphere IT Services Pvt Ltd. Ruchi then worked at Adda 247 as a Senior Executive Human Resources from March 2018 to May 2019, where they managed a team of three members and handled a headcount of 300+ employees. Following that, they were an Assistant Manager Human Resources at KlearNow Corp from June 2019 to June 2021, where they were responsible for coordination, attendance management, and addressing employee grievances. Currently, they are employed as an HR Manager at Mintoak Innovations Private Limited, starting from April 2022.

Ruchi Yadav completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR and Finance at Indraprastha Engineering College in Ghaziabad from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Deep Memorial Public School for their 12th grade education. Ruchi also completed their 10th grade at Sadhu Vaswani International School for Girls.
