Lakshay Taneja is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Excelra since February 2022, Lakshay has also held various significant roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank since April 2013, including Associate Vice President and HR Manager.
