Richard Breslow served as a Partner at Mintz & Gold LLP since September 2019, specializing in civil litigation and leading the firm’s Accountants’ Liability Practice. Prior to this role, Richard held significant positions including Principal and Associate General Counsel at KPMG from September 1998 to September 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing outside counsel and providing legal guidance on various matters related to litigation and regulatory issues. Richard's experience also includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Senior Litigation Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, and Litigation Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Richard earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University.
