Jacqueline R. Meyers

Jacqueline focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including securities, contact, and employment disputes, as well as government and internal investigations. She has experience representing clients in federal and state courts and before arbitration bodies, managing internal investigations, advising clients on regulatory examinations, and conducting large-scale e-discovery. She works with companies in a variety of industries, including financial services.

Prior to joining Mintz, Jacqueline was an associate, and earlier a summer associate, at a national, full-service law firm. Her role encompassed representing clients in litigation and arbitration, assisting clients with internal and regulatory investigations, and serving as an e-discovery liaison between the firm and an institutional banking client.

While attending law school, Jacqueline served as senior managing editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and participated in the school’s Civil Practice Clinic.

Before earning her JD, Jacqueline served as a Teach For America corps member in Newark, New Jersey.
