Nicole C. Llinares

Nicole focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, representing clients in all aspects of mergers, sales, acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Mintz, Nicole was an associate at a New York-based global law firm where she represented corporations, private equity funds, and SPACs in connection with all aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and corporate governance matters.

In law school, Nicole was on the editorial board of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
