Brian Eves

Brian Eves is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Sivyer, Barlow, Watson & Haughey, PA since August 2023. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Managing Partner at Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers from February 2011, where responsibilities included supervising associates, handling high-exposure construction claims and litigation across various courts, and acting as head of Florida construction defect claims. Brian's extensive experience also encompasses roles as an Associate at Wagner and Hunt, Franklin Legal Group, P.A., and earlier law clerk positions, contributing to a strong background in litigation, insurance defense, and legal document preparation. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Saint Leo University.
