Edgar Oswaldo Flores Peñaranda

Edgar Oswaldo Flores Peñaranda has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Edgar Oswaldo started their career as a Cajero Bancario at BBVA en México in May 2011 and transitioned to become an Ejecutivo de Servicio Jr. PYME in October 2013. In November 2014, they were promoted to Ejecutivo de Servicios Sr. B.E. at the same company.

After that, Edgar joined Banco Sabadell as an Ejecutivo de Servicio from June 2015 to February 2017. Edgar Oswaldo played a key role in the certification process and provided operational support and guidance to the initial offices. Edgar Oswaldo also contributed to the implementation of improvements in the product hiring process and simplified the contracts and documentation for customers. From February 2017 to October 2019, they took on the role of Responsable Operativo, where they designed a new operational structure, measured productivity, and provided operational guidance to the team.

Currently, Edgar is working as an Operations Leader at minu, starting from February 2020.

Edgar Oswaldo Flores Peñaranda earned a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Londres, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in advanced Excel formulas and functions, dynamic tables, and strategic thinking from LinkedIn, with completion dates in December 2019 and January 2020.
