Ramón Alejandro Martínez Garza has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration roles.

Starting in 1999, they worked as a Senior Tax Associate at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting for two years.

In 2002, they became a Business Associate at Ingeniería Tributaria, where they provided consulting services for tax planning.

From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Director of Finance and Administration at WoodCrafters, a home furnishing products company. There, they provided strategic direction and advice to senior management.

In 2009, they joined Teleperformance as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing 9 call centers in Mexico and a sales company in Houston. Ramón Alejandro managed a team of 75 finance professionals and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Grupo Comercial Ideal. Ramón Alejandro led the finance department, implemented new policies, and reported financial statements to ensure organizational success.

Ramon's most recent role, starting in June 2018, was the Chief Financial Officer at Recono SER. Ramón Alejandro owned and delivered a startup focused on selling prepaid mobile plans and was appointed to lead various areas, including PD&S, Human Resources, IT, and Finance. Ramón Alejandro was also instrumental in executive recruitment.

Currently, they are the Head of Finance and Administration at minu, a position they began in June 2021.

Ramón Alejandro Martínez Garza has an education history spanning multiple years and fields of study. In 1994, they enrolled at Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting and Finance (CPA) in 1998. Following this, they pursued further education and attended the Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos SC from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Tax. During this time, they also attended Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 2007 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, specializing in Law.

More recently, in 2021, Martínez Garza pursued a Master of Digital Business degree at IEBS, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various subjects. In April 2021, they completed the "Estrategia comercial y marketing en Linkedin. Atrae, convence, vende" certification from IEBS. In February 2021, they obtained the "Diplomado 'Juicio de Amparo', edición 2021" certification from CASA DE CULTURA JURÍDICA DE LA SUPREMA CORTE DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACIÓN. Martínez Garza also holds a certification in Benefits, compensation, and performance management evaluation, which they obtained from Universidad de Monterrey in March 2016.
