Olav Kvaløy

Olav Kvaløy started their work experience in 1992 as an Avdelingsingeniør at StOlav sykehus. Olav worked in this role until 2000. In 2000, Olav joined SINTEF as a Research Scientist and held this position until 2018. In 2018, Olav became the Chief Scientist and co-founder of Minuendo | Lossless earplugs, where they are currently working.

Olav Kvaløy completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Østfold ingeniørhøgskole from 1981 to 1984. Olav then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from NTH, which they completed from 1984 to 1987.
