Brad Hajek has extensive experience in human capital management and payroll systems, currently serving as Sr. HCM Implementation at Minutemen HR since April 2023, focusing on UKG Ready. Prior roles include HRIS Manager at Arhaus from March 2022 to April 2023 and Director of HCM Implementation at Minute Men HR from July 2009 to March 2022, where expertise included Kronos/UKG Workforce Ready. Additional experience encompasses management of implementation services across various platforms and roles at Complete Personnel Logistics, Inc., and Complete Payroll Management. Brad Hajek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Cleveland State University, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
