About the Job
Solutions Consultant
MinuteBox is a cloud-based platform used by law firms, large companies and accounting firms for entity management, corporate governance, minute book storage and workflow automation. Its innovative suite of products are used by some of Canada’s largest legal departments and global professional services organizations.
The team has created the most powerful, accessible and secure legal technology available and the company is growing quickly as they continue to expand their footprint across North America.
You will work with the Revenue team to help showcase these solutions to prospective clients through tailored product demonstrations, product pilots and other custom experiences that are required to help our prospective clients evaluate our technology.Â
You will also work closely with the Product team to better understand new features / modules / products and how the value of those can best be conveyed to prospective clients; as well as the Customer Success team to better understand how our clients are using certain features / modules / products, so that we can share those with the Revenue team and help craft better experiences for pre-sale.
You will be an integral part of the feedback loop between our Product team and our Revenue team (i.e. what is coming down the pipe and what is the value of it?); our prospective clients and our Product team (i.e. what are prospective clients asking for and what value are they really excited about?); and existing clients to our Revenue team (i.e. what is getting our clients really excited that we can convey during pre-sales?).Â
You have the ability to multi-task and have a true passion for problem-solving and storytelling in a way that shows value to a multitude of different audiences. A passion for software and new technologies is also a must.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will report to the VP, Revenue but will work closely with many cross-functional teams in the organization.Â
