About the Job

Training Enablement Associate

MinuteBox is a cloud-based platform used by law firms, large companies, and accounting firms for entity management, corporate governance, minute book storage and workflow automation. Its innovative suite of products are used by some of Canada’s largest legal departments and global professional services organizations.

You will play a key role in enhancing both customer and internal team success through the development and delivery of effective training programs. As a Training Enablement Associate, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams to create resources and training materials that drive product adoption, customer proficiency, and operational excellence.

This role requires a passion for education, an understanding of SaaS products, and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Training Enablement Associate, you will report to the Manager, Customer Onboarding and work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customers and internal team members are set up for success through thoughtful, impactful training programs

PREREQUISITES

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently.

  • Solid presentation skills with both a passion for and experience working with B2B SaaS products and ability to dynamically adjust communication for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven experience creating training programs, documentation, or educational resources (ideally in a SaaS environment).

  • Passion for SaaS products and the ability to communicate their value effectively.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, MS Office, and LMS platforms. Experience with video or content creation tools is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and proactively improve processes for training and enablement initiatives.

  • Experience in the legal tech field (nice to have)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs, including onboarding, feature training, and workflow optimization for customers and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to design and update training materials, user guides, and FAQs for new features and product updates.

  • Partner with various members internally and externally  to identify training needs and proactively create enablement solutions to address gaps.

  • Support the creation of multimedia training content, including videos, documentation, and interactive learning tools.

  • Coordinate and facilitate live training sessions (virtual and in-person) to ensure user adoption and comprehension.

  • Assist in maintaining and improving MinuteBox’s Community and enablement resources.

  • Track and report on training engagement and success metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal team members and external champions by providing tools and resources that enhance their ability to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements that scale training delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Clearly communicate and guide customers on their product journey as a trusted advisor .
