Tiffany Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tiffany'smost recent role is as a Director of Customer Success at MinuteBox, which they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kira Systems for four years. At Kira Systems, Tiffany held various roles including Customer Education Manager, where they led and grew the company's education strategy. Tiffany also served as a Client Support Lead, collaborating with different teams to implement solutions and drive technology adoption. Before joining Kira Systems, Tiffany worked at Booking.com as a Customer Service Executive, where they managed guest relations and inquiries. Tiffany Pereira completed their undergraduate education in Biomedical Sciences, General at Western University from 2011 to 2014. Recently, in December 2020, Tiffany obtained the Becoming a Successful Leader (Inclusive Leadership Training) Certificate, the Get Beyond Work-Life Balance (Inclusive Leadership Training) Certificate, the Leading With Effective Communication (Inclusive Leadership Training) Certificate, and the Professional Certificate for the Inclusive Leadership Program, all from Catalyst Inc. Additionally, in May 2021, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health First Aid Canada (MHFA).
