Terry Hartsell

Terry Hartsell has extensive experience in technical support and service management spanning over four decades in the appliance and equipment industry. Since May 2000, Terry has served as the Service Manager and Technical Support at Minuteman International, providing technical phone support, conducting warranty parts inspections, and instructing service training classes while creating essential technical documentation. Previous roles include Service Technician at Kranz-Bolotin, where all makes of machines were repaired, and Technical Support and Service Technician at Tornado Industries, LLC, focusing on phone support, warranty inspections, and service class coordination. Terry also held a Service Manager position at Electrolux Floor Care & Small Appliances, managing repairs and customer interactions for various household cleaning equipment. Education includes attendance at a Community College from 1973 to 1974.
