Joseph Leander

Joseph Leander is an accomplished finance professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Minutemen Alternative Investment Fund since February 2024, Joseph previously held the role of Junior Analyst, focusing on long/short equity research. Prior experience includes an equity research internship at SKY Investment Group LLC in the summer of 2024 and a summer internship at M. Scott Investments in 2023. Additionally, Joseph co-founded Longmeadow Lawn Care, where responsibilities spanned from May 2020 to February 2023, and worked as a Sales Associate at Lacrosse Unlimited during the summer of 2021.
